Children are Atheists
"It is an interesting and demonstrable fact that all children are atheists and were religion not inculcated into their minds, they would remain so."
But children also have a concept of the presence of a higher being. Not only children for that matter. Even adults. We’ve created the the idea of having someone more powerful than us. Like the god of the mountain, god of the rock, god of the sea, god of the clouds, the god of thunder! Where do you suppose these superhumans popped out from? Krypton?
The idea of a higher being is present in children and adults alike. And like most things we just want to put label into it. Like the god of___, or the goddess of ___, or like christianity being the belief in one____, or like subordination being the belief in one boss.
